Holistic Approaches to Therapy
Mindfulness is the process of learning to be present in the moment by observing internal experiences (thoughts & bodily sensations) and external experiences (interactions with others) in a nonjudgmental way.
The foundation of yoga aims to mindfully move one’s body slowly and methodically through poses that heighten or quell certain thought patterns and emotional processes. However, when dealing with mental health illnesses, yoga simply helps one stay grounded in the present moment.
Reiki & Massage
By providing both reiki and massage services, our master healers use gentle touch, on or off the body, to transfer healing energies and remove energetic blockages.
