Comprehensive Mental Health Treatment as Unique as You
Barn Life goes beyond the standards of mental health treatment through a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan that targets both mental and physical imbalances in the body. We believe that the mind cannot effectively heal without healing the body.
Underlying health issues can manifest in mental disorders and worsen over time if left untreated. For us to be effective in helping our participants achieve long-lasting mental wellness, we’ve incorporated the use of holistic modalities that have been practiced for thousands of years.
Barn Life‘s use of kinesiology and medical QiGong modalities are non invasive, personalized, and effective for the relief of immediate symptoms that present as barriers to receiving therapy. These services are offered on a regular, ongoing basis and are coordinated with our clinical team to overcome more challenging barriers to progress. Its healing modalities have been found to restore balance to physical, mental and spiritual deficits.
Our mental health approach is uniquely tailored to the individual. Unlike other programs, we believe well-being can only be achieved through healing the body, the mind, and the spiritual body.

Some of our techniques include prescription exercises, meditations, breathing techniques, and muscle testing.
