Our mental health approach is uniquely tailored to the individual. Unlike other programs, we believe well-being can only be achieved through healing the body, the mind, and the spiritual body. We offer an array of treatment modalities all backed by Joint Commission accredited modern, clinical therapies atop an Eastern spiritual framework.

Holistic Approaches to Therapy
Mindfulness is the process of learning to be present in the moment by observing internal experiences (thoughts & bodily sensations) and external experiences (interactions with others) in a nonjudgmental way.
The foundation of yoga aims to mindfully move one’s body slowly and methodically through poses that heighten or quell certain thought patterns and emotional processes. However, when dealing with psychological illnesses, yoga simply helps one stay grounded in the present moment.
Reiki & Massage
By providing both reiki and massage services, our master healers use gentle touch, on or off the body, to transfer healing energies and remove energetic blockages. Although this approach may not be for everyone, we find getting out of your comfort zone to try something new can be incredibly helpful.
This ancient meditative practice helps reduce stress and improves mental health by incorporating sound into a meditative practice. From Tibetan singing and quartz crystal bowls to gongs tuned to healing frequencies, sound healing amplifies the present moment and promotes a grounded and centered view of life.
Mindfulness practices play a significant role in helping individuals observe their experiences, increase awareness, and tolerate uncomfortable emotions.
Body Centered Therapy
Based on somatic psychology, body-oriented therapies harness the inherent power of sound, touch, movement, and breath to regulate the body & our experience within it.
